Cisco, Gorman slip slightly in polls

By Tommy Wells The Cisco Lady Loboes and the Gorman Lady Panthers dropped every so slightly in the girls’ state basketball rankings, according to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches poll for January 6.

The Lady Loboes dropped three spots in the latest Class 2A poll, falling to sixth overall. The Lady Loboes, who moved to 3-0 in District 10-2A play with a romp over Hawley last Friday, had been ranked No. 3 in the polls prior to the Christmas holidays.

Martins Mill held onto the top spot in the 2A poll. They are 21-1. Panhandle, now 20-3, remained second.
