The Cisco Lady Loboes kept their dreams of capturing the District 10-2A championship alive on Friday by grinding out an impressive 73-31 victory over rival Stamford.
With the victory, Cisco rolled into their showdown on Tuesday against Haskell with a perfect 5-0 mark.
The win also enabled Cisco to stay among the state’s elite squads in the latest TABC state basketball rankings. Heading into the week, the CHS girls were sixth in the Class 2A poll.
