With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Ella Elizabeth (Kellum) Turnbow (64) of Ranger, TX, on February 4, 2025, after a hard-fought battle with an aggressive pancreatic cancer.
Ella was born on March 1,1960 to James "Jim" Kellum and Rosalie (Walker) Kellum in Roseburg, Oregon. She was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend and grandmother who thrived on spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ella was grounded in her faith and an active member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Ranger. She had a kind and giving heart and was well known for helping others and had a heartfelt connection with all animals. Ella had a beautiful voice and was passionate about music. She enjoyed singing her favorite hymns as well as playing the piano, organ, harmonica, and other instruments.
