Journey To A New You

“Journey to a New You, Choices for Change” will be held on March 1 at First Methodist Church in Eastland. A day of wellness, education, movement, and friendship. The day starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 3:00 p.m. This is a partnership between Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, Eastland County TEEA, Eastland Civic League & Garden Club, and Eastland Memorial Hospital. Entry fee is $10.00 which includes hot teas, coffee, and cookies, and a soup lunch. The following classes will be available to rotate through Financial House in Order, Live a Fearless Life, Foraging, Nature Nurture, Start Seeds For your Garden, Signs of Stroke. You pick the classes, Come and Go, and Relax, Learn, and Enjoy. In addition, there will be Vendors on site for shopping, movement classes of Tai Chi, Yoga, Salsa & Zumba. There will be some special add on classes for $5.00 including Chair Massages, “Bee”Natural, “Bee Happy” – take home item, Bloom & Bow – DYI Gift Bag Décor Please call 254-629-2222 to RSVP.
