Attrib. and Other Stories by Eley Williams is a collection of experimental- fiction short stories. Williams approaches plot, characterization, point of view, and structure in fresh, brave ways. A little bizarre, but enthralling.

Don’t let the experimental part turn you away. Williams’ prose is readable and beautiful. She plays with lexicon—let’s just say she’s good at puns, because some of her plays on words are hilarious— breaks punctuation rules, and abandons traditional story structure.
