Trisha Savage Is Food Services Director at Cisco College Dining Hall

Trisha Savage, a native of Gorman who now lives in Ranger, is the Food Services Director of Cisco College.

Her whole life changed within 30 minutes after her predecessor, Bill Townley, put in his resume for a traveling food service position with Great Western Dining, the company that contracts with Cisco College for dining hall management. Townsley was hired for the traveling job almost instantly, and Trisha moved up to take his place at Cisco.

Townley had been training Trisha for four years, since 2018. “First he put me in the kitchen so that I could know how to cook,” she said. “I knew how to cook but not in bulk.”
