James Craig Justice, Eastland, Texas, completed the coursework and graduated from Bismarck State College in Fall 2024 with an Associate in Applied Science in Electrical Transmission System Technology. Fall 2024 graduates are eligible to walk in BSC’s 85th commencement ceremony on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Bismarck Event Center.
