We are pleased to announce that Shonda Roberts, BSN, RN, has been named Chief Nursing Officer at Eastland Memorial Hospital.
Shonda has dedicated her career to nursing, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in clinical care, leadership, and healthcare education. She has served as Interim Chief Nursing Officer since January 2025, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
During her time at Eastland Memorial Hospital, Shonda has served as the Director of Infection Prevention. EMH holds a special place in her heart, as it is where she completed her clinicals and began her healthcare career. She first became part of the Eastland Memo- including the Emergenrial team in 2006 and returned in 2023 to take on the role of Infection Control and Employee Health.
