Citizens of Cisco do you want your Water Mains and Roads Fixed?
I represent a group of citizens. Some who have been here over 50 years, while others are now senior citizens who’s parents or grandparents are from here.
Our water mains are old and failing, the streets are just getting worse year after year. The city has no financial way to help with this. The city is in debt and is trying to just stay above water.
