So we will see if your city council thinks you have a right to vote at the May 27th Tuesday night meeting at 6 pm at City hall. And as far as the Numbers I have used in my article’s. The city of Cisco website has the 2024- 2025 budget posted. So back in late March I was reading about our city finances. On page 10 it states, the budget total also includes a projected $1,600,000 in Retail Sales Tax income. Half of the anticipated retail sales tax revenue $800,000 goes directly to the CDC. This is also shown on page 18 under number 105-5-10-55095 CDC $800,000. And at the April 22nd meeting of the Cisco city finance meeting the city manager stated that the cdc cost with salary and benefits with everything is $230,000. So on page 16 of the budget number 105-46005 EDC (economic development corporation)states salaries reimbursement of $230,350. Thank you.
