Norman Phillip Rhodes, of Denton, Texas, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 30, 2025, in Denton, Texas. He was born on January 19, 1947, in Eastland, Texas, to Vaneta (Mahaffey) Rhodes and Gene Vincent Rhodes.
After graduating from Eastland High School in 1965, Norman attended North Texas State University. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Denton. Norman served as a past board member of the Kiwanis Club, past president of the National Association of Left-Handed Golfers, and was a past board member of his neighborhood homeowners association.
He retired from Greenwood-Olivet Funeral Home in Fort Worth.
