Wildfire Mitigation Department and Cisco Police Department Completion of Two Community Projects

Cisco, Texas – The Wildfire Mitigation Department, in collaboration with the Cisco Police Department, successfully completed of two community projects: These initiatives are designed to enhance public safety and improve community access while promoting environmental sustainability.

Project 1: Involves the strategic removal of hazardous overgrown vegetation and a tree that had fallen onto the outbuilding located at 908 Ave. F. This essential work not only reduces the threat of wildfires but also ensures the safety of residents in the area.

Wildfire Mitigation Department Coordinator Anthony Koch stated, β€œThe completion of the Tree Fall project is the first of many CWDG projects in our community to aid in reducing the dangers of wildfires. We are committed to protecting our environment and enhancing the safety of our residents.”
