GLO-CDBG-MIT Project Planning Contractors completed most of Pogue Avenue. The intersection of Pogue and Terri Street will be completed once the contractor installs the pump line. Construction on Terri Street has been completed, and construction on North States Street has begun. North States Street should be completed within the next few weeks.
Near the project’s end, the contractor will go back to each completed street and have a punch list to complete before the final payment is paid. Weaver Street, E.
Virginia Street and Lago Vista are the remaining streets to be completed for this project. Phase two of the creek improvements are complete besides the final walk
