Lifelong resident of Eastland County, Ina Reynolds of Carbon Texas, is nearing her 100th birthday to become the county’s most recent centenarian. Ina’s life began near the Okra community on August 23, 1925. Born into the large farm family of Bascom and Alice Johnson, she and her 9 older siblings developed a strong sense of family loyalty, learned responsibility and developed a strong work ethic at a very early age.
Following marriage to W. E. (Dub) Reynolds in 1941, Ina embraced
