Noah Hernandez rushed for two touchdowns and Colby McIlroy threw for two more on Friday and lifted the Cisco Loboes to a 39-6 rout of San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy in front of a large crowed at Chesley Field.
With the win, Cisco evened its season record at 1-1. The Loboes opened the year last week with a tough loss to Clyde. San Angelo TCLA fell to 0-2. Cisco jumped on TLCA early. The Loboes, who rushed for more than 130 yards in the contest, scored twice in the first 12 minutes of play and built a 13-0 lead heading into the second.
Cisco tacked on another score in the second and took a 19-0 lead into the half. The Loboes all but iced the win in the third with three additional touchdowns.
