A year later, the late Jerry Sitton, editor- owner of Cisco Press, called and asked “If I would buy some newspapers in county, will you and your new bride come and run one of them? After quandry and prayer, will you come run one of them for me (P.S.—I had worked for him at the Cisco Press earlier when I was going to Cisco Jr. College, after graduation at Carbon High School in ’49.

So we said yes after GayNell agreed — and we came—bought a house on Seaman for $10,000—Tom Wilson financed.
