A historical marker recognizing the Texas 11th Court of Appeals was unveiled Saturday on the south lawn of the Eastland County Courthouse.The 11th court of Appeals is one of 14 intermediate appellate courts in Texas, covering 28 counties in West and Central Texas, with its primary office located in Eastland. The court, which has held proceedings in Eastland for decades, is being formally acknowledged for the first time with a permanent marker. There was a crowd of residents and officials. State Rep.
