The men’s cross country team from Ranger College competed in the prestigious Old Glory Gallop, hosted by Dallas Baptist University, finishing 16th among a field of 40 teams — a strong performance against stiff competition. Headlining the day was freshman standout Amantle Modingwane, who crossed the line first overall and rewrote the Ranger College record books in the process.

Amantle Modingwane led the pack from start to finish, claiming the individual title in the race. His winning time set a new school record for Ranger College’s 8-K program, showcasing both his strength and promise. Notably, his closest rival was last year’s third-place finisher at the NJCAA Nationals, underscoring the level of performance Modingwane delivered on race day.
