The Cisco Loboes scored on eight of their 24 offensive plays on Friday and cruised to an easy 69-8 rout of the Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles in a key District 4-2A matchup.
With the win, Cisco ran its season record to 6-1 and, more importantly, held onto a share of the district lead with a perfect 2-0 mark. The Loboes head into Week 8 of the season tied with Hawley atop the district standings with 2-0 marks.
Cisco made easy work of TLCA. The Loboes completed all seven of its passing attempts for 146 yards and churned out 154 yards on the ground on just 10 carries. As a team, Cisco averaged more than 12 yards per play.
