Wranglers to Face Undefeated Tyler JC in Conference Playoffs

By Linda Spetter By defeating Blinn College 37-24 last Saturday, the Cisco College Wranglers won the right to compete in the Region 5 Southwest Junior College Football Conference playoffs Saturday, Nov. 15, in Tyler. The Wranglers will play the Tyler Junior College Apaches, currently undefeated and ranked #3 in the nation.

The game starts at 1 p.m. at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium in Tyler.

“It would be great to see a lot of blue and white in the stands supporting the guys,” said Cisco’s Head Coach Charlie Rizzio. “We would love for as said Cisco’s Head Coach Charlie Rizzio. “We would love for as many people as possible to make the trip.”
