The Eastland County AgriLife Extension office will begin our first Master Gardener Training Class Thursday February 5, 2026, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm with a work thru brown bag lunch in the Extension office located at 102 N. Lamar in Eastland. Classes will be held each Thursday thru April 30 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Cost is $175 including study material, classroom instruction, volunteer screening and exam. The Texas Master Gardener Program consists of very comprehensive education and training in all fields of horticulture, landscaping, gardening, pest control, plant propagation, and soil health.
