The Junior Ambassadors of the Eastland Chamber of Commerce got a behind the scenes tour of EBAA Iron on Wednesday Feb. 25th.
ET Bradley gave the youth an honest pep talk on life and work. The youth heard how living in a small community like Eastland has big perks in quality of life work and having a full life is not just about the money.
Many EBAA employees have chosen to stay with the company for many years as it is a family culture, where employees are cared about and are the backbone of the company. ET and his wife Carla spoke about the greatest compliment their employees make is by “staying.”
