Born on April 9,1958, in Comanche, TX, Claira was a bright light in the lives of everyone she touched. Claira embraced life with open arms and a caring spirit, making a lasting impact as a CNA where she dedicated herself to the well-being of others. Family was at the heart of her existence; she found immense joy in spending time with her daughters, Tammi Copeland and spouse Chris Johnson, and Wendy McDade and husband Scot McDade.
As a proud grandmother, Claira delighted in the lives of her five grandchildren-Hailey Copeland, Aaron Copeland and fiancé Delynn Maldonado, Quinton Hernandez and partner Triston Wallace , Kaleigh Hernandez, and Caden Hernandez-always ready to share laughs and create beautiful memories. Claira’s love for simple pleasures was evident in her many hobbies, from watching movies and shopping, and reading, and much more.
