The City Secretary serves as the official records custodian for the City of Ranger and provides administrative support to the City Council, and City Manager. The position ensures transparency and compliance with all federal and state laws, including the Texas Open Meetings Act, and Texas Election Code, and maintains the integrity of all official City records.
