The improvisational team known as the Bankhead Players Improv Show to great success May 9 at the Lyric Art Center in Eastland. Levi Freeman of Eastland, left, and Cody Edwards are leaders of the improv team. Other improv actors include Drex Holt of Brownwood, Kathy Hagood of Gorman, Skye McCown of Eastland, Martee Blanton, and Timothy Cadenhead. They played to a full house highlighted by constant laughter. Cues came from the audience in the form of post-it notes on the whiteboard. The crew is planning another show in the fall.
The Bankhead Players are part of the Bankhead Community Theatre — Lyric Art Center in Eastland.
