Eastland County residents Melissa (Reeves) Bilby and Stephanie Alexander are encouraging citizens to become informed and involved regarding proposed foreign-owned solar farm developments that could impact portions of Eastland County.
During a recent episode of Rip’s Report, host Levi Freeman spoke with Bilby and Alexander about the proposed projects, the concerns that prompted how they first learned of them to organize a petition effort, and their plans to continue raising public awareness throughout the county.
