Eastland County will see a major cooldown and plenty of chances for rain this week. Temperatures will stay mostly in the mid-80s, making for a welcome break after last week’s extreme heat. Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout the week, so don’t forget to keep an umbrella nearby and stay weather aware if storms develop.
As the weekend approaches, temperatures will begin to climb back toward the upper 80s and lower 90s while rain chances gradually decrease. Even though the hotter summer weather will start making a comeback, this week’s cooler temperatures should give everyone a nice chance to enjoy a break from the Texas heat.
