GLO-CDBG-MIT Project Planning Close out documentation is being implemented for the street phase of the project.
Buy-Out Program The required paperwork has been submitted to GLO and there are six properties that will be removed through the Buy-Out Program. Pending eligibility clearance, the City was prepared to begin procurement activities on July 6, 2026, with the following anticipated timeline:
• Eligibility review and applicant coordination: May - June 2026
