Hot, Sunny, and Very Summer-Like

Eastland County is in for another hot summer week, so don’t put away the sunscreen just yet! Mornings will start off a little breezy, but sunshine and hot weather will stick around through the week; with a chance of triple digit days in the early part of the week.

Friday brings our best chance for a little excitement, with a slim chance of a thunderstorm and highs dipping into the mid-90s. By the weekend, temperatures will climb back into the upper 90s, with mostly sunny skies returning. Looking ahead, next week appears to be more of the same; hot, sunny, and very summer-like. Stay cool, drink plenty of water, and stay inside or in the shade as much as possible!
