GLO-CDBG-MIT Project Planning Close out documentation is being implemented for the street phase of the project. GLO has three payments that need to be issued to the street contractor, of this theree, one is the final payment. Once final payment is made this portion of the
grant will be complete.
Buy-Out Program As it sits now, with the issues that have arisen with Texas Historical Commission that were previously talked about in the July meeting, the buyout will no longer be moving forward due to the Texas Historical Commission’s red tape.
