Colby McIlroy threw for two touchdowns and running back Landy Vosburg rushed for another and helped spur the No.8-ranked Cisco Loboes to a convincing 38-6 rout of Comanche in front of a large homecoming crowd at Chesley Field on Friday.
With the win, Cisco improved to 1-1 heading into this week’s showdown with rival Breckenridge.
The Lobo defense set the stage for Cisco’s domination in the first two quarters. The squad limited Comanche to just one first down through the first 14 minutes of the contest and paved the way for the Loboes to sprint to a 21-0 lead.
