Hot, Hot, Hot

Hot, hot, and more hot! That’s the story for Eastland County this week as summer temperatures continue to hang around. We are looking at a mostly sunny, hot start to the week, but we could see the cloudy conditions roll in midweek. Thursday could bring our best chance for some relief, with partly cloudy skies, temperatures in the upper 90s, and a 50% chance of thunderstorms. Friday will turn sunny and hot again, with highs in the upper 90s. Then, hold onto your hats for Saturday! Sunny skies, breezy conditions, and temperatures climbing into the low 100s are expected. Sunday will remain mostly sunny and hot, but there could be a chance of an afternoon thunderstorm. If you’re heading outside this week, remember your water, sunscreen, and a way to cool off. It looks like summer isn’t ready to give up just yet!
