By Ruth Stewart The Eastland County Commissioners’ Court met in a regular meeting at the Eastland County Commissioners’ Courtroom in Eastland Texas.
Judge Hullum declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Then they were led in a prayer and a pledge to the U.S. flag.
