The Big Picture

From my youth, I was taught to get the “Big Picture” regarding things in life. “There is always more than meets the eye.” “There is always more beneath the surface.” “Pay attention to details because something is hidden in what may appear small.”

When I was learning to drive, my dad never stopped stressing the importance of getting the “Big Picture.”

I was taught to pay attention to my rearview and side mirrors as much as focusing through the windshield. These lessons have protected me from having many accidents while on the highway.
