Constable Larry Jernigan recognized for Service to Eastland County

By Ruth Stewart The Eastland County Commissioners’ Court met in a regular meeting on May 8, 2023 in the Eastland County Commissioners’ Courtroom in Eastland Texas. Judge Hullum called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m. and declared a quorum. He also led the prayer and pledge.

Then the non- controversial and routine Consent Agenda items were discussed and approved. These included previous minutes, personnel matters, budgetary and appropriative matters, bills, claims, and accounts, certificates of course completion, and purchasing acknowledgements.

The commissioners discussed and considered for approval of other items.
