This is Jerome Allen Serna of Roswell New Mexico. On February 22,2023 he was stopped by Officer James Thomas and Sgt. Derek Gun- stanson for not having a visible license plate on his vehicle. During an investigation it was discovered that Serna was transporting three illegal non citizens to the metroplex area. With the assistance of Lt. Lee Risdon, the three passengers and Serna were detained and taken to Cisco Police Department where an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent became involved. This investigation also revealed over $1000.00 cash and an illegal drug. All four suspects were housed in Eastland County Jail. The three illegal non citizens were later taken to Blue Bonnet Federal Detention Facility in Anson Texas. Serna has been charged with Posssesion of a Controlled Substance and Human Smuggling, both felonies. Drag Queen Investigator Speaks Thursday in Cisco
Texas Family Defense Committee invites you to a presentation by Tracy Shannon, a researcher and activist in what she terms the “neo-morality movement.” Tracy joins us at the Myrtle Wilks Community Center, 1498 West I 20 in Cisco, on Thursday, February 23. Doors open at 5:30; program begins at 6:00 p.m. Tracy Shannon has studied what she calls the “neo-morality movement” for 20 years. Her family was profoundly impacted by the transgender movement many years ago, and that moved Tracy from the sidelines (merely protecting her own children from being inducted into “new” sexual mores) and onto the battlefront in the culture wars.
