EASTLAND COUNTY RETIRED TEACHERS--Texas State House Representative David Spiller met with Eastland County Retired Teachers and Delta Kappa Gamma members on October 30th at the Conrad N. Hilton Center in Cisco. The group expressed appreciation to him for supporting efforts to get a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for retired teachers.
