Join us for our 6th annual Miles for Meals 5K run benefitting Eastland Meals on Wheels! The Meals on Wheels mission is to service healthy meals to seniors and homebound residents. Your support of this event will enable MOW to deliver over 60,000 meals annually. Come support your local Meals on Wheels! Register to walk or run; or just come for the fun!
Place: Siebert Elementary School - 100 Little Maverick Trail- Eastland Entry Fees: 5K - $30 after 9/01/23 -Kids’ Run $10 The Old Rip 5K and Kids’ Fun Run/Walk is part of the Eastland Chamber of Commerce “Ripfest – 2023,” a festival celebrating the city’s famous horned toad. This race will benefit the Eastland Meals on Wheels. 5K: Medals will be awarded to age group winners. Kids’ Fun Run/Walk: All finishers will win ribbons. After the race, stay for Ripfest, including a parade, Bryan’s Car Show, live music, kids’ games, crafts, and food booths.
