Service will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 1:15 PM at DFW National Cemetery.

Michael was born November 6, 1947 to David Johnson and Lillian Baird. Mikeretiredfrom the U.S. Army after 20 years of distinguished service. He volunteered for two tours in Vietnam and was proud to serve as an Airborne Ranger and Drill Sargent. After his military service, Mike continued serving his country by working as a civilian in the Forestry Service and retired in 2004.

Survivors are daughter, Audrey Wiggins and sonin- law, Garrett Wiggins of North Richland Hills; Brother, David Johnson Jr and sister-in-law of Illinois; 1 grandson, Ryan Putnam of Tulsa, OK.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Lillian Baird and Father, David Johnson.
