Billy found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending his days fishing, and tending to his garden. His love for nature and the outdoors was evident in all he did.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Don Kellar and great granddaughter, Marleigh Bryant.

Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Debra Kellar; son Kevin (Karla) Kellar; daughters Fonda Kellar, JoAnn (Troy) Martin, Jeanette (Jared) Pettiette, and Jennifer (Kacey) Preston; grandchildren, Justin Taylor, Brian 'Bubba' Childers, Shelby Walker, Cara Wagstaff, Lance Wagstaff, T.C. Bryant, Clay Childers, Victoria Godinez, Stormi Morgan, and Jaykob Bryant; niece Jennifer Kellar and 13 great grandchildren.
