Linda Sue Ferrell

RANGER - Linda Sue Ferrell passed away quietly from her home on Dec. 21 2022. She was 77 years old.

Mrs. Ferrell was born Linda Sue Hannah, in Oklahoma on August 13, 1945, to Fred and Mary Hannah. She was the only girl and youngest of five children, having four older brothers, all now deceased. Her family moved a lot, following construction in her early years between Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

She was married to Charles Griffin of Stephenville in 1970, and stayed married for 16yrs, having two boys. They later divorced and she married Johnny Ferrell, on July 29,1989. They stayed together 31 yrs., until his passing in November 2020.

Mrs. Ferrell is survived by two sons, Lynn Griffin of San Angelo and Clayton Griffin of Ranger; two step-sons, David and Jim Ferrell of Stephenville; and three grandchildren all of Ranger.

A Wake service will be held in her honor at the family home in Ranger on Saturday February 18th, 2023 at 2:00 PM. If you would like to attend you may bring a balloon for a Life Celebration Ceremony releasing the balloons in her honor.
