Board Agenda Ranger Independent School District Ranger ISD Administration Building 1842 Loop 254 East Ranger, Texas 76470 Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Ranger Independent School District is to be held on December 14, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the board conference room of the administration office located at 1842 Loop 254 East in Ranger, Texas. At that meeting, the Board may deliberate or act on any of the subjects listed on the following agenda. The President may change the order of items listed below for the convenience of the board. The Board may enter closed meeting to seek the advice and counsel of its attorney at any time during the meeting under the authority of Texas Government Code § 551.071 regarding any item listed on the agenda of this meeting or in order for the attorney to provide legal assistance or advice to the Board.

RANGER, TX—It’s the most wonderful time of the year! On Friday, December 1st, bundle up and come out to downtown Ranger for the annual lighted Christmas parade, now in its 28th year. The parade starts at 6 pm and will travel along Main Street from Lula Ave. to Commerce St. Bring your family and your Christmas spirit.

[Ranger, Texas- November 17, 2023]—Ranger College is proud to announce its collaboration with the Abilene Mobile Food Pantry, bringing much needed support to the college community and tackling the issue of food insecurity on campus. This partnership marks the first time the Abilene Mobile Food Pantry was available to students, faculty, and staff directly on the Ranger College campus.
