Summer at the Library
Kennedy Financial Services sponsored The Engineering and Art program at the library. It was an overwhelmingly exciting day. We had 163 people sign in. The children that attended created art masterpieces from cardboard. They made a candle light up using paper circuits. Bridges and buildings were built with Keva planks. They painted rocks that were donated by U.S. Sand and Gravel. Catapults were built and pom-poms were flying across the room. Bones of mice and shrews were found inside owl pellets. Ozobots moved across table tops.

MCL, LRAA, TTHM The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has notified the CITY OF GORMAN TX0670003 that the drinking water being supplied to customers had exceeded the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCI) for total trihalomethanes. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has established the MCL for total trihalomethanes to be 0.080 milligrams per liter (mg/L) based on locational running annual average (LRAA), and has determined that it is a health concern at levels above the MCL.
