On July 22, 2021 Sgt. Tammie Stubblefield assisted the Eastland County Adult Probation Department at the Sellers Apartments located at 806 Hilton Ave., Cisco. While on scene, quantities of illegal substances believed to be methamphetamine were located. This resulted in the arrest of Barbara Hughes, 39. Hughes was placed in Eastland County Jail charged with Possession of Controlled Substances in a Drug Free Zone.
