Herbert J. Smith, 71, of Gorman, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021, in Eastland. The Smith family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home, De Leon.
