Penelope Ann Oakley, 55 of Cross Plains, Texas entered into the waiting arms of Jesus on July 11, 2021.
Penelope was born October 4, 1965 in Caudiz, Ohio to Harold Lockwood and Jane Evelyn (Brooks) Stout. Penelope attended schools in Cisco and Cross Plains. She worked as a caregiver in the Healthcare industry.
Survivors are her children Sammie Pritchard and husband Cody of Rising Star, Texas; Nikki McGough and husband Jerry of Moran, Texas; Ivory Oakley and Tiffany Oakley of Cisco. Son Duewayne Oakley of Cisco. Brother Aubrey Scott of Cross Plains, Texas. Ten grandchildren.
