Donald Wayne House

Donald Wayne House, age 79, recently of Aquilla, TX passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

A graveside service was held at 2 pm Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Bullock Cemetery near Ranger, TX. Family and friends gathered from 6-8pm on Friday, April 16 at Edwards Funeral Home 411 S Mulberry St., Eastland, TX.

Donald Wayne “Don”, was born September 15, 1941 in Brownwood, TX to Odis Wilburn and Stampie E. Holcomb House. He joined the US Army in January 8, 1960 and honorably served his county until January 7, 1963. July 13, 1964, he married Miss Wanda McGough in Eastland, TX. He worked for many years for TXDOT in Eastland.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 56 years. Wanda; one daughter, Donna Richardson of Aquilla, TX; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Randall Jay House, one brother and one sister.
