Michael Wayne “Mike” Andrews

EASTLAND – Michael Wayne “Mike” Andrews, age 54, peacefully, passed from this life at his home on January 1, 2019. A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at 2 pm Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Home, 411 S. Mulberry, Eastland, Texas.

Mike was born November 29, 1964 in Plano, Texas to Ira Wayne and Mary Alice (Garrett) Andrews. He was a graduate of Leonard High School. He worked for a time as the Manager of Brookshire’s Grocery Store then as the manager of WalMart in Brownwood.

Mike loved the Beatles and is what you’d call a super fan. He knew all aspects of every song and all the different versions. He was a fan of Superman and Batman and all things DC Comics. He was also into politics and cars. But Mike’s one true love and source of pride was his beautiful daughter Ashley. Mike was preceded in death by his loving mother Mary Alice Andrews.

He is survived by his father, Ira Wayne Andrews, daughter, Ashley Andrews and boyfriend Anthony Stone, one brother David Andrews and the mother of his daughter Peggy Andrews.
