Fundraiser Dinner to be Hosted by Cottonwood Historical Association

There will be a fundraiser dinner hosted by the Cottonwood Historical Association on Friday, October 27th. It’ll be at the Cottonwood Community Center with dinner served from 5:00 PM until 8 PM (or until they run out!). On the menu is Smoked Turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls and green beans. Your choice of dessert and drinks are also included. Dinner is $15 per plate or $5 for kids under 10. The music will start at 5:30 with some great talent!

Eastland Memorial Hospital is excited to introduce Dr. Jill McAngus, a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. McAngus, an alumna of Tarleton State University, graduated summa cum laude before earning her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed a competitive residency program at Baylor Scott and White in Temple. She is highly trained in treating a variety of orthopedic problems and helping patients with acute or chronic injuries of the extremities and degenerative joint conditions in returning to an active lifestyle. Eastland Memorial Hospital is proud to have Dr. McAngus join our healthcare team, and we look forward to the positive impact she will make in our community. Starting October 11th, 2023, Dr. McAngus will be available for consultations and appointments every second and fourth Wednesday at Eastland Memorial Hospital.
