Miguel Nahou, says Sandy Hazelip is the “Queen of Easter Island.” We are staying at a Cabana owned by Miguel and he drives us around everyday to all the sights. We go in his “old” van and some of the windows do not roll up- it eas quite a challenge when it rained.

The Bulldog Powerlifting team represented well Thursday in Hico! Hayley Mankin finished in 1st place in her weight class. Conner Taylor also brought home a gold medal after finishing first in his weight class. Leo Martinez went up a weight class and was still able to finish in 2nd place in his weight class. There were a lot of new personal records set at this meet and everyone is improving each and every meet! Great job, Bulldogs!

OLDEN MUSICAL-- WANTED for having too much fun! If you missed the Olden Musical on January 21st you missed good food, good music, and good fun fellowship! Mark your calendars for February 18th and join us for the next one. Come alone or bring your Valentine - it’s always a good time. Admission is free. Breckenridge sweeps pair from Eastland

The Breckenridge High School boys’ and girls’ basketball teams went into Friday’s showdown with rival Eastland with a chance to accomplish two goals. First, the BHS squads could keep their postseason hopes alive – and, even sweeter for them – they could put Eastland’s playoff hopes on life support.
